Tattvam India offers a focused range of South Indian filter coffee formulations designed for different consumer preferences, serving styles and commercial requirements. Choose from Pure 100:0, 80:20 or 70:30 coffee–chicory blends, each offering a distinct balance of aroma, body, colour and milk performance.
Pure Coffee
Our Pure Filter Coffee is made with 100% roasted and ground coffee and 0% chicory. It is designed for buyers who want the character of coffee itself to lead, with the final profile shaped by the selected Arabica and Robusta balance, roast and grind.
80:20 Blend
Our 80:20 formulation combines 80% coffee with 20% roasted chicory, creating a coffee-forward profile with rounded body, deeper colour and a familiar South Indian filter coffee character.
70:30 Blend
Our 70:30 formulation combines 70% coffee with 30% roasted chicory, creating a fuller-bodied and deeper-coloured South Indian filter coffee profile.
